How much does shipping cost?

We provide FREE SHIPPING to most international destinations. Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 days through DHL EXPRESS, and you can anticipate delivery of your rug within 5 to 8 business days after it is dispatched.

Can I return my rug?

Our top priority is your complete satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs charges. To begin the return process, please contact us at hello@berberweave.com and we will provide you with return instructions.

REFUND PROCEDURE

In the event that your return/refund has been approved, kindly follow these instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us:

1. 1. Carefully place the item(s) in the original shipping package or choose another suitable and secure packaging.
   2. Fill out the return form completely and enclose it inside the box along with the item(s).
   3. Affix the provided return label on the outside of the box, ensuring it is securely sealed.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that we cannot accept any product(s) returned using a method other than the one specified above.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method used by the purchaser.

If your refund request has been approved, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Based on our estimates, refunds will be processed by your payment method provider within 7-10 working days*.

*Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in The United Kingdom.

In the case where the item you are returning was purchased in a currency different from your local currency, the refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Please note that due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a chance to cancel your order prior to its dispatch.To initiate a cancellation, please contact us by telephone at your earliest convenience. One of our BERBERWEAVE customer representatives will assist you and provide guidance regarding the possibility of cancelling your order.

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the size, edit billing and shipping details, or add additional items to an existing order.
