It is no wonder that many different tribes sought refuge in the mountains centuries ago, including the Boujad, Beni Mguild, and Taznakht tribes, all of whom recognized the Atlas Mountains as an ideal home. 

These tribes spent their days living amidst the green and lush mountains, weaving carpets that represented their respective values and beliefs. Each tribe has a unique way of weaving, dyeing, and adorning a Berber Carpet, and the resulting pieces are all equally captivating and enchanting.
